Custom Installations did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. They arrived early, worked late, and cleaned up the debris every day. The people on my project, Len, John, Sarah, and Ashley were outstanding! This was the easiest and best construction project I have ever had done.
I invited Custom Installations to inspect my roof and to see if the roof was getting close to replace. Upon inspection they made me aware of significant hail damage. Not only that they identified hail damage to the windows as well.Thanks to their assistance with the claim process and inspections, our claims were approved and the insurance company covered the roof as well as window replacement.nThe work was preformed in a very professional manner with excellent high quality end result.
I had Custom Installations install a new door and frame for my sunroom. It was not an easy job as the previous home owners had done the work themselves and the door and frame was not square. Custom Installations was great they came out measured and ordered the door, the communication was excellent as to updates and availability. The installers came and were professional and did an amazing job with the door. It looks great and we have the privacy we wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their house.
Custom Installations did an amazing job starting with Dave Burke who assisted us with our insurance claim for severe wind damage to our roof. We were so pleased with his knowledge and professionalism that we decided to have soffit fascia, siding, and gutters replaced as well. Alfonso was on site and did a great job of getting project done timely and keeping us apprised of details and concerns. Office staff were friendly and sent daily project emails. We received many compliments on our roof and siding. We are very happy with the results.
We used Custom Installations for a new roof and gutters. With any larger project like this, we had some unforeseen issues, but John Robinson, our project manager was always responsive and worked with us until we had everything resolved properly. The new roof and gutters look great, and everyone at Custom Installations was easy to work with.
