A friend and realty owner from my hometown recommended the Lisa Wolf team when we needed to sell our home in Gurnee, impressed by the full service offering and marketing approach. What a great fit! Lisa and her team worked with us for months while our new construction was finishing, helping us prioritize thoughtful improvements and find good contractors. We utilized the private listing network to get an early understanding of how our home fit in the market and after we moved out her staging team had us ready to list in two days. With great marketing, media presence and support we got a great offer within four days! We were so happy with the experience of working with the Lisa Wolf team.

Lisa and her team are amazing!! I have used them twice, buying and selling, and would use them again!! When I bought my first I knew nothing about the process. Lisa made time to explain thing to me as we went through different stages of the home buying process. She’ll fight for you, stand up for you, and make sure you get what you want whether buying or selling your home. Lisa is able to do all of this because, she has such wonderful support of her team behind her. They don’t miss a beat! Every aspect they have you covered: staging, listing, closing, and even the lawyers and lending agents she recommends. I have already recommended Lisa to several people, who also had great experiences, and will continue to recommend her and her team.

The Lisa Wolf Team was amazing! Of the many homes we have bought at sold, they are, hands down, the best. Professional, attentive, always available, well-versed in local housing markets, honest and full of integrity. If obstacles arose, they were quick to trouble-shoot and solve problems. I can’t recommend them enough! Go with the Lisa Wolf Team! You won’t be disappointed! (We specifically worked with Kate and adore her. However, we met many of their employees and were happy with everyone!)

Lisa's team is great, her not so much. She uses the excuse I was on family time when she doesn't answer your calls or text messages, even during normal working hours. Her staff try's to cover for her, but you can see and hear their frustration knowing she just doesn't care that much. Her team did a great job prepping my house for sale, her team were very good and timely, things got done on schedule. When my house was sold and waiting for a closing date, I never heard from Lisa, her team had no info, my attorney didn't know. I finally made contact with the realty agent for the buyer, she was very nice in letting me know how things were going and when we would close. She told me she would happily inform my agent if she would call and ask. That said it all for me, I do not recommend Lisa, but I do recommend her team.
