Julia and Steve are magicians. This housing market is nothing short of insane. I was mentally preparing myself for endless showings, bidding battles, and the disappointment of losing deals, the likes of which pepper the newsreel. That’s not what happened. Quite opposite actually. The very first property we saw, we simply fell in love with. They found exactly what we were looking for! They listened, they understood! And they made sure we were first to see it, which alleviated all of the drama surrounding house buying we constantly hear about. Offer in, purchase done, thank you have a nice day! Walk in the park!nnBut wait, there’s more. Selling in such market seems trivial, with all the aforementioned insanity, right? Yes, selling in one day with multiple over-asking-price offers doesn’t really surprise anyone these days. But there’s something to be said about getting substantially more out of the sale than most optimistic estimates, and with minimal effort on our end. What an experience.nnIf you aren’t buying or selling with Julia Alexander Group, you’re torturing yourself.

We just bought a house with the help of Julia Alexandr Group, and we would recommend her team, especially Samuel Wahl, to anyone without hesitation. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and attentive. From the first phone call to the final signature, the team was with us through every step. Always encouraging, never pushy. We feel fortunate to have found Julia's team.

We used Lucia Demidetchi to buy our new home this winter and she was outstanding. Throughout the past several months, Lucia has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Every time we viewed a new property Lucia would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of outlay, finish, appliances, trims etc. She was so patient over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers. Lucia also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. She was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Lucia was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home.nIn the end we found the property that was perfect for us and we are loving it so far. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge of the market, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.
