Sue was an amazing person that is passionate about her profession. First and foremost she takes pride in her work and a genuine concern for her clients. The selling/buying a home is rife with stress; Sue's understanding of that dynamic mitigated the stress and made the process almost enjoyable. Truly a force to reckon with. Sue is the best. I had 2 different realtors that didn’t workout for my wife and I. Then we where lucky enough to find Sue through a realtor sign. Explained my situation and she just took us under her wing. We explained everything to her and she took the time to guide us to a home we loved. Through the whole process she made it comfortable for us and made sure that’s what we wanted. I’m so grateful we found her and recommend her to anyone. Even when we bought the house she still stays in contact with us making sure we’re good in life.

Working with Sue Dunnigan is an all around great experience. She made sure we were educated about all aspects of the home buying and selling processes which gave us confidence. We enjoyed working with all the professionals Sue put us in touch with as we needed along the way. Sue made sure we got answers to our questions in a timely manner and was efficient without making us feel pressured. Buying and selling are stressful times and it is wonderful to know you have someone in your corner looking out for you. I wish she could move with us to help us by our next home!!!!

Sue was wonderful to work with and made the process of selling my home a smooth and fun experience!! I have also made a great friend!! I would highly recommend Sue if you're buying or selling. Sue is very hands-on and knows her stuff.

Sue is the best!!! As first time buyers she explained everything to us which helped us understand the process, not get in over our heads or overwhelmed. She was responsive, fast and always available on looking at properties and coordinating with the sellers realtors. She also went above and beyond to show us properties that had just come on the market and were not contingent. The last thing you want is to fall in love with a house and find that it's contingent or unavailable, and with Sue that's not a worry. We never once felt pressured to buy, and Sue always made us feel comfortable while looking at homes. Would recommend her to all my friends and will use her again if we ever move!!!!
