Why are there young kids who have NO Business preparing scripts or dealing with the public working in the pharmacy???nnLong story short, I provide my prescription with no problem...I go back the next morning to pick it up, I provide my insurance card like I always do and the young kid, couldn’t have been older than 23 says he can’t use it to give me my prescription. When I ask several times what he means, he could NOT explain why. Then an even younger person comes over and says, “oh my parents deal with the same thing here”, which still does absolutely NOTHING for my situation.nnI ask for my prescription paper back have them delete my script from their system, head over to the neighboring CVS and within 15 mins, I’m walking out with my medicine.nnWalgreens, you’ve lost a customer until you can prove that proper training AND experience is provided in your stores — especially the pharmacy dept. of ALL places!!
