They were nice since my first call. I was a little afraid that after I signed everything and had the unit the service level would go down, but not.. They kept the same level and are always willing to explain things to you and support whatever you need. The place is very clean and organized. Moving was very easy. Very happy with it so far!
Awesome service, Everything can be done online as far for reservation. Flexibility of entering the property even when office is closed. I would use them again this winter.
Miguel had a unit ready for me and it was very clean. Miguel does a great job. This is my second time using this storage facility. Everything was so great a year ago, that when the need arose again, there was no question Miguel would be the first person I would call.
I've stored my items at Extra Space Storage on 60 and Lake st.in Mundelien.....they have always worked with me on my needs......they are great.... especially Miguel.....I've been storing my treasures there for about 15 yrs....I highly recommend this placen.....
Very clean facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Miguel, the manager, explained everything very well and signed us up electronically. Very nice and pleasant guy! This facility has 16' units which we needed and which the other area self-storage places don't. Everything going well so far.
