I was a driver doing a load for this company.nDanny one of brokers gave me a load from CHI to Indiana.nnI took the load on Friday only since it was direct delivery, and supposedly someone was waiting for me at delivery location. Once I arrived company was closed, and no one was there to unload.nnBroker confirmed multiple times someone will be at delivery location.nnBe very careful dealing with them. In my case they wasnt aware if company that we are doing delivery is open or closed
UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT ON TIME, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. SHIPMENT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON GUARANTEED DATE AND AFTER CALLING EVERYDAY FOR 8 DAYS WE STILL CAN'T GET DELIVERY DATE. THEY PICKED UP SHIPMENT ON THE 15TH FOR A 19 HOUR DRIVE AND IT'S NOW THE 27TH AND THE SHIPMENT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
