While the staff is amazing and great to work with, watch out for corporate. After having my unit for nearly 2 years now, I went online to pay my bill, just to see that my monthly rent was increased. No communication via mail/email/phone. As a consumer I should have the right to decide if I want to move forward with the increased rate or have an opportunity to remove my belongings. This was, to me, a very poor move on their part. Especially given the tough economic impacts we are all facing. Shame on Metro Srorage. I will be shopping for other options and encouraging the 3 referrals I brought there to do the same.

I whole-heatedly highly recommend Metro Storage for all storage needs. I stored at the mundelein location and found it to be superior to 2 prior competitors in every way. The staff is very polite, friendly and professional. Both Karen snd Nancy went above an beyond to ensure my needs were met snd my payment received every month. Wonderful ladies!!! The facilities is super clean, well lit and air controlled making it the most pleasant and secure environment for my valued belongings during a residential transition. I had a great rate during my rental and trust any interested person in need of storage will too.nThank you Metro Storage for a warm farewell while moving out and into my new hone time just flew by and I remain grateful to have stored with you.

I worked with Nancy to secure a storage unit and it was a breeze! My wife and I are getting ready to stage our place for sale and needed to make some extra room in the house for showings and such. We discussed with Nancy what we were storing and what size units were available to meet our needs. She was very helpful and patient as my wife and I decided. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you to Karen the property manager for following up after my initial inquiry and making us feel welcome anytime.
