The hotels is super clean and the staff is good. The entrance to the passage is a bit narrow after you exit from the lift to your respective floors. But I think this can be easily overcome by the room cleanliness, especially in time like COVID. The TV doesn't have as many channels but we were there only for couple of days and didn't watch TV as much but can be a deal-breaker for some folks. We called in before reservation to see if we can avail early check-in because our flight was landing early. The staff accommodated the request since it was weekdays reservation. Overall good clean hotel and you can be assured to get the holiday-inn kind service.
Very nice smaller property with friendly staff clean rooms and good showers! When the room coffee maker wasn't working they had a replacement to the room in less than ten minutes and that was at 10pm. Entryway doors are a little wonky to navigate with luggage. I think they're staggered as they are to limit winter winds from overwhelming the small lobby/ reception area. Oh.... and it's quiet... no road noise at all.
Mediocre at best. I got a Priceline deal for this stay. The walls are paper thin. The laundry room can use some upgrades. Maid service was intermittent. The room was clean. Overall, it's not bad but for the price they charge there is definitely better hotels in the area. There is no way I would come back if I had to pay the full rates they charge for this hotel.
Staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Not friendly to ride share drivers, manager lady didn’t like parking in the parking lot, sorry that I forgot to set a timer to let me know when to move to another location,
