Power is out all day. I can see the ComEd guys sitting around doing literaly nothing. No warning or updates, way to literaly keeps us in the dark.
I hate this company. Run like the Democratic National Committee. Poorly and stupidly. It's easy to operate like a thief in Illinois.
The power is out in my entire complex and no one can get ahold of them. No notice. They don't even have a voicemail set up to leave a message, it just asks to call again later. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible service.
My power has been going out at least once a week for the last month. Now looking at home generator options. Ridiculous that I pay a huge amount of property tax and a huge amount for electricity that is no more reliable than that of a 3rd world country.
