Worst customer service of any place in VH. Rude, snappy and unwilling to help with anything beyond the simple transaction. I understand, everyone is busy and the job is tough, but being rude to customers is just inexcusable. Should there be this many bad comments about the post office? Probably not.

Rude staff in the office, who seem to be not willing to service their customers. This has been lasting for years, but nothing changes inspite of many people complains. Whenever I can, I try to go to another PO in order to avoid unpleasant feelings I get each time I visit this one.

All the staff, with the exception of an Asian woman named, if I'm not mistaken, Bridget, are wonderful. However, due to her rudeness, impoliteness, swagger and unfriendliness, I cannot give this office a high rating.

Unfortunately I’m giving one star the staff was snappy and seemed in a bad mood. I had to take passport photos here and she hastily took one and now that I got my passport back, the picture is dark and it’s crooked....
