I got my passport done a few months ago and she was absolutely dreadful. I chalked it up to a bad day. Went to get my kids' passports today and it's the same bad attitude. She may want to consider retiring or eliminating services requiring customer service since she is obviously extremely bothered by people.
Horrible!!! Horrible, Evil people work there. They ALL steal from the food pantry!!!nIt is saddening to know that they brag how good something taste, watched them put their own items in a box in the fridge that is labeled DO NOT OPEN!!!nNow, it is understandable that the pantry workers and Shield Township employees may need assistance, but the Kerr Family of Lake Bluff DO NOT QUALIFY, their yearly income is over the CAP. IF YOU HAVE A NET WORTH OF ALMOST A HALF A MILLION DOLLARS AND AN ANNUAL SALARY OVER 250K, you have NO BUSINESS taking food from the Pantry, and denying food to people who truly need it!
