THE MOST PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.nnFrom the moment my wife and I walked in, we were welcomed with respect and dignity. Offered water and refreshments. We were not overwhelmed or pressured. Able to comfortably browse until we found the Tacori section we were looking for. Marilee took the time to educate us on various options, mounting process, and diamond grades. Her knowledge was truly impressive. She handled business with utmost professionalism. Not once did she apply pressure for a sale. Marilee made sure my wife was getting exactly what she desired. When I finalized the purchase, a gentleman offered to clean the chain I was wearing, another lady entered a discount that saved an unexpected amount, and I was advised to come back to pick up a complimentary dozen roses and chocolates for Valentine’s Day. PK Bennett Jewelers gained the trust of a customer with an honest first impression. They set the standard for not only future jeweler visits but for any general business encounters.

I have watched the store move from one location to a much bigger site. With growth PK not only offered more ready items, they offered a place to come and spend some time to relax and enjoy the experience. While it is not your family room, it is really comfortable with beverages, comfy chairs and a big screen TV.nnPeggy and Rich are providing a fantastic experience with phenomenal staff: Son Tommy, long time friend Amy and Brother Marco.nnI could write many sentences to describe the selections, custom work, diamonds, and planning for those special events.nnYou must visit and build a relationship with friends.

Rich, Peggy and their staff are wonderful to deal with. They are very helpful and have a beautiful selection to choose from. Best of all I did not feel any pressure to buy. I know I’m going to be very satisfied with the price and quality, as I have been with my prior purchases.

This place is AMAZING! They have quite a variety and offer exceptional service. Whether your taste is simple or ornate, they'll assist you in finding something that speaks to you.nnThey also do custom work and use great technology to make sure you're happy with the outcome. For example, the nerd in me was *very* excited to see 3D printed examples of custom work they've done for other customers.
