Store Manager, Jessica, so knowledgeable about the company and the product. She has a very nice staff and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Her employees go the extra mile to find me items in case they are sold out in store, something I never experienced at other Swarovski stores. I highly recommend the Vernon Hills location, the employees there will go above and beyond to make you happy.

I’ve been shopping at Swarovski for many years. The service at different locations, however, is vastly different. The employees at the Vernon Hills location has renewed my love for Crystal. I shopped for many years at the Woodfield store, but quickly saw a loss of interest in helping customers within the couple years. The staff there is very pushy and will only seem interested in helping you if you are looking to spend hundreds of dollars. I was looking to return something I was pushed into buying from Woodfield, at the Vernon Hills store. Two ladies helped me, one was younger with dark hair, and one named Linda. Very nice ladies, very welcoming. I was unaware that I needed to keep the outside box, but they were willing to help me find something, as Linda put it, “fit my style”, something I was so excited to hear. They were both eager to help me and I even learned facts about Swarovski that I never knew before. Swarovski take note—this is how customers should be treated. I have only been in the country for about ten years, and knowing I can get the same service at Vernon Hills as I did in Europe is very heartwarming and makes me less home sick.

Store manager is HORRENDOUS. I informed a sales associate that a bracelet I had purchased a while back kept breaking my fingernail due to the magnetic open and closure and that I couldn’t wear it. she said they would exchange it for an item I wanted that was OVER 100$ MORE than the bracelet I was looking to exchange. Long story short they called me when the necklace I wanted came in as the store display was defective. I go to pick it up and the rude store manager tells me there’s a “scratch on the wing of the bee” and the “crystals are not as bright” so it wasn’t “in sellable condition.” Um I had already spoken to someone else TWO DAYS prior who said it was fine and had seen the SAME bracelet. For some reason this woman just didn’t want to exchange it. I called customer service after and they sent me to a different store who exchanged it without issue. No one could see the “scratch on the bees wing” I’m currently wearing the item she refused to exchange the bracelet for. I reported the manager to customer service who sent in the complaint to the district manager. I have never, ever experienced this at a high priced store. What a complete disgrace of customer service. This woman clearly has zero managerial skills.

Hi,nnThe customer service and their policy is beyond imaginable and waste of time Incase you have to return it for any reason even within return time period with original packing and receipt. Items brought from another location and went to return to VH location after calling and confirming should be ok to return for them as within the 14 days return policy. Once I reach there, the agent says there should be security code( like a sticker) which the other location should have put. Call the other location, they say VH should still be able to return it and the item was not over $150 so they did not put it. Then was suggested to call customer service and they trying to explain VH agent to return it. No manager available to talk. Then VH says they can do exchange or store credit but I refused to do that after such poor customer services. Long story short..different branches follow different return policies. customer service asked me to file a complaint for VH store for the 2 hrs inconvenience caused with the back and forth between original store, Vh and customer service just for one sticker. Pathetic customer service. The original store manager called to apologize . If the two branches can’t align their return policies to corporate policy, why should the customer be wasting time for them to reconcile their differences. Went to other store and no such sticker was asked and was able to return it. Beware of their policies.
