My husband and I were recommended to try fast fix through Movado for a watch repair...unfortunately the watch that needs fixing is a Coach watch and Coach is who needs to be called... that’s okay though.. Now my husband had his wedding band that was to big in size..Gene right away starting checking what would be the appropriate size and gave us a hour time frame that we could come back to pick up the ring...well we returned after the hour passed and it was completed.. the ring fits perfect now and there’s no worry of the ring slipping off.. I have been searching for a jewelry repair business to repair my wife's gold necklace and to look at my watch, that I have not worn for about 20 years. After reading all the reviews I thought I would give Fast-Fix a try. I am so very happy I used them, not only were they very knowledgeable, they had terrific customer service. When we picked up the necklace you could not tell where the repairs had been. I asked if the watch needed cleaning and was told that because it is battery operated it would not need to be cleaned. The gentleman who waited on us was Shang and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Fast-Fix to anyone and I will keep going there with any other repair needs.
