I received excellent service from Marlee personally searching for the perfect engagement ring. Despite living in Columbus, OH, I was able to work with her to pick out, select, and design the perfect ring. She was responsive throughout the week and she was very upfront about every part of the process. Even during unexpected issues, she communicated with me and worked on my behalf. Things moved quicker and smoother than I expected when I first decided to get a ring from out of state. I highly recommend Rolland’s and Marlee!

I had the pleasure to work with Marlee Luskin, and she helped me find the perfect engagement ring. Marlee took her time to educate me on the 4Cs(color, cut, clarity, carat), features of the band, lab v natural, the list goes on and on. She showed me more details and diamonds then any other store I visited. It was standout customer service, and a confident buying experience.nnWe worked through a budget, and she was patient with me throughout the entire process. I was pretty picky, but overtime we found the perfect ring. It was great experience and I highly recommend Rolland’s Jewelers!

Toni greeted me RIGHT AWAY!! That right there alone was amazing, almost like if she was ready for me. She helped me pick out a ring for one of my dearest friends for his future wife.nAnnemarie, was VERY understanding that it needed to be an ASAP order. She was super sweet and very polite, both of them were. Thank you again ladies.

We worked with Marlee to upgrade my wedding set. She was absolutely wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, which was a 3 stone setting. I did not like the look on me, Marlee showed me a ring and brought in settings for me to view. Ultimately, we chose the setting we first saw in the store, then chose the center stone. It is absolutely stunning. I chose to keep my original set as well, and it was refinished beautifully. We stayed within budget and never did we feel pressured. I highly recommend Rolland Jewelers and in particular, Marlee. I love my past and now my present.

I had the best experience there. I had the honor of working with Lynne A., and I couldn’t have been treated any better. I stopped in on my way home from work, so I wasn’t necessarily “dressed” in a manner you would possibly think one would be for going to a jewelry store. To them, that didn’t matter. They didn’t judge me or make me feel unwanted there. It was quite the opposite. Lynne took time with me to explain everything and was never pushy. Thanks to Lynne, I was able to select the exact piece I had been picturing in my head, and it came right at the budget I was looking to spend. Thanks again Lynne for all your help, it is truly appreciated!!!
