I only had an introductory call with Bryan, but he was so friendly and informative that I wanted to share my experience. Bryan was responsive, answered all my questions, and clearly understands the process and importance of a home remodel. Plus, their blog posts are incredibly helpful, so definitely check them out.
Our experience with a bathroom remodel through BDS was exceptional in every way! We are thrilled with the results, and every encounter was a class act. We were amazed by the cleanup done after every step, and the consideration always given by the workers when we were at home. For us, the best part was the design help as we are not very creative and not good at picking colors, styles, etc. The resulting bathroom is perfect! BDS completed extensive renovations to our house, including a new kitchen, new master bath, new flooring throughout and paint. We are thrilled with the results! Bryan and his team were professional and easy to work with. They developed a comprehensive plan, effectively managed the project within time and budget constraints, and exhibited excellent communication throughout the project. We highly recommend BDS for your home renovations.
We were extremely happy with our entire project with BDS from start to finish. They designed a very creative solution to reinforce a structural beam in our main living space. BDS created a well thought-out construction plan, communicated it well, and met their proposed timeline. There were no cost overruns and minimal impact on surrounding rooms. We would definitely use them again for other projects and would recommend them to friends (in fact already have). Their work was superb and truly transformed the space. It was everything we could have hoped for in the project.
BDS renovated our basement & fixed water damage in a crawl space. Brian was great & the work was outstanding. Basement went from a dungeon to a showcase which we love!
