I had a desperate emergency issue with yellow jackets which had made 3 nests on my property and worst one was outside at the very bottom edge of my back kitchen door somehow under and inside where I could not even see where the nest was at. Some were now flying around in my basement! I called on Saturday early AM and Rudy answered the phone immediately. He informed me he would be here this same day and gave me an approximate time, then kept me up to date exactly when he was on his way. My problems were quickly and efficiently resolved within a short period of time for a reasonable price. Rudy advised me of exactly what would be the result and to keep him informed for follow up for him to return if necessary. He was also very knowledgeable on helping me learn that aerosol sprays and traps just do not do the complete job to rid these particular pests, if they even do anything at all. At first, I had looked all over the internet prior to find a pest control company in my area here and almost all of the others were getting bad ratings of some sort with most closed Saturday. Many had complaints of not showing up, delaying their visit for days, just plain horrible service or ridiculous pricing.
