Don't get lash extensions done there. I had my lashes originally done there and I loved them. It was the first time I'd ever gotten lash extensions. When I went back for a fill, however, it was a completely different story. It took 3 hours for the fill (it only took 2 to put them on originally) and the student either glued my lashes shut or to the tape, I'm not sure because no one told me what was going on but a couple people had to come in to fix the problem. Afterwards the instructor asked if I had any suggestions for the student. Me being new to lashes I didn't really know what to expect or what to say. After talking to other people who have had lashes or do lashes they enlightened me. I sent an email to acaydia and the response I got was very unprofessional and put the blame on me. I now have an eye infection to go along with it and my eyes hurt incredibly bad. I also noticed globs of glue on my lashes when I got home. I know it is a school but I feel like the instructor should have explained what was going on (I shouldn't have to ask) and I feel like they were trying to blow it off. The instructor should have also checked on the student more because clearly she wasn't ready to be 100% on her own.

UPDATE: I left my original review a few days ago and they have already reached out to me. They didn’t ask me to take down my review or change what I said, but apologized for any mixups that happened and offered a solution to me. Seeing as I originally gave 5 stars, I can see that their motive is not to boost their public rating. The owner must just genuinely care about her clients being happy, and I really appreciate that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got a facial here yesterday. I’m giving 5 stars because most of my experience was fine, the facility itself is nice, and I like the products they use. But I do have a few things I wasn’t terribly impressed with today. ***deleted details since my purpose was to give the owner/management some feedback.

Honestly my experience as a costumer was fantastic!! The people treated me so so kindly and also this place is cheaper compared to most places. Over all it was the best!

Loved my facial at Acaydia! Very professional the products smelled amazing and the massage was so relaxing!! Definitely recommend!!

I have had the honor of working at Acaydia as the Laser Supervisor for awhile now. I refer to the school as the "Harvard of Aesthetics". It is by far the best education in Aesthetics in Utah County. The services provided are professional, and cover all medical treatments for an affordable price, compared to local med spas. Top of the line products, and the staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend Acaydia for both education and aesthetic treatments.
