Love love this place and the instructors. Great people. I felt instantly comfortable at this location and had a the best Yoga classes that I have ever had. Excellent. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends and .. plus its a great small business!
I just recently started yoga practice at Forever OM and I am hooked. I love the practice, the instructors are all fabulous, the atmosphere is invigorating, and the community is encouraging. I have practiced with several of the different teachers. Each one brings their own style and coaching to your practice but they are all consistent with encouraging you to improving and push yourself a little bit more each time. It is an incredible workout for your body and mind. You leave there feeling sweaty and exhausted yet energized. If you have been thinking about trying it out - go for it! I never thought I would love hot yoga as much as I do.
I loved Forever Om! This is a yoga studio I walked into and didn’t feel intimidated or judged in any way. It’s very welcoming and it has a beautiful calmness to it.nAlthough the classes were hot, it was comfortable heat. I have to say it encouraged me to sweat a lot!nI also liked the personal instruction during class. Kelsey Stoll carefully watched everyone as she was leading the class and made small adjustments on my posture when needed.nI enjoyed all the classes I’ve taken here. All the staff and people who practice at the studio are so nice. I felt rejuvenated every time I left the studio! I am from out of state and It made me wish I lived in the area
I can only think of positive things about Forever Om Yoga! I started practicing at Forever Om Yoga a few months ago and I am astonished to already see how far I have progressed! From the AMAZING and helpful instructors, great music to get you through those difficult poses as well as a great community to meet new friends, I am grateful I could find such a great place to workout!
Hot yoga with Forever Om has shifted my inner and outer world. Physically, no workout compares - Mentally, it compliments the mindfulness and daily consciousness I am trying to bring into my life! I feel embraced, supported and loved, I no longer dread workouts... I cannot wait for them!!!!
