I just started going to use the infrared sauna. It is a beautiful spot with great staff.nI feel lucky that there is such a reasonably priced spa close to home. They sell cute hats and local honey too!nHighly recommend.

We had an incredible experience at salt of the earth on Saturday. We had an hour in the salt cave and I am being completely serious when I say that is the first time I have felt anything close to truly peaceful and relaxed since, well... the start of the pandemic I suppose.nnSpeaking of which, it felt incredibly safe here. Social distancing was clearly observed and everyone was masked. You could see the staff taking the time to sanitize properly in between clients.nnBack to the main event (the salt cave), which was wonderful. It has been a while since I’ve breathed this easily. Insider tip: I used a nasal cleanse before my cave session to make sure everything was hydrated and ready to absorb the salt and those good negative ions. Physically I noticed less of the fatigue that has become my new (and most unwelcome) buddy during these stressful times and just a general feeling of wellness.nnWe will definitely be going back to try some of the other services, and to spend more time in the cave. One of the owners told me they’ll be getting a new 4 person infrared sauna soon that I will absolutely want to try! I considered our trip here to not just be pampering, but self care in the truest sense. Well well worth it.

I just got home from receiving a couples massage in the salt cave and it was amazing! The massage therapists were very professional, the massage was great and everything smelled SO GOOD! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! After our massage the owner took us around the spa for a tour of all of the different services that they offer and I can say I will definitely be back!

Such a great business! Staff were professional, friendly and beyond welcoming! Definitely would recommend and do plan on coming again! 5 stars FORSURE! Awesome place!
