Real men do yoga! I just had to say that. Heathers gym is much more than yoga. I attended many other classes. Her cycling gym is straight up awesome. The atmosphere is uplifting. No matter what class you take you will be motivated to give it your best effort. Heather is always making the gym better and better. Highly recommended and I especially encourage men to give it a go.

Excellent yoga classes that they are offering live zoom classes for due to social distancing, so I can workout at home and feel like I am in class! What an amazing company! There is an excellent variety of classes and class times as well! Thanks Heather!

Best training spot. Equipment is on point for those looking beyond cardio. By far my favorite encounter while visiting. Would absolutely recommend!

Heather's Gym changed my life in such an overwhelmingly incredible and positive way! The instructors are fantastic and very motivating! Heather herself is a dynamo of positive energy, always encouraging, always upbeat and always truly, truly inspirational. The yoga classes are beyond phenomenal- whatever your level, whatever your strengths or weaknesses, the classes will lift you up and energize you. Heather's Gym yoga classes are a soothing balm for the soul, spirit and body : ).

Becoming a member at Heather's Gym has been one of the best decisions of my life! Heather and her instructors are fun, knowledgeable, encouraging and challenging! There's the perfect mix of pushing you to your limit and letting you know that you CAN do it. The variety of classes offered is fantastic and covers everything that you could want. I'm excited each day I go to class, and I know I'll always have a phenomenal workout!
