I Love the gym, its nice, cozy clean, super friendly staff and pretty modern. Highly recommend the place.
I've been working out here for three years. I'm 42 and in the best shape of my life. The team at CrossFit Freedom is top notch. They train a wide range of people. Some have never had an exercised before and others are elite athletes. They inspire all to be the best they can be. It's a great community that works out here. We all are supportive of each other and have a fun time getting in shape together.
