This place you can try the purple mattress! We watched so many reviews on YouTube, but you want to give it a try in the local store. This store is supper good. They will give the same offer as what purple has online. But for sure they have much better delivery services. We don’t need to move the 200lbs package upstairs by ourselves:)
I recently stopped by to look at Mattresses as my current one has seen better days. I stopped in 2-3 times before making my decision and both Kyle and Rick were very helpful. Although I came in with the warning I may not be buying for several months, both men happily answered my questions and went over the pros and cons of the products regardless of my immediate interest in making a purchase. If you are considering a new mattress purchase, I would recommend the staff at this location.
Rick at the Vernon Hills location is amazing. He made sure he we left with what we were looking for, no matter how long it took. This is our 3rs time going to Mattress Firm. The other 2 was Round Lake and that guy did not care about what we wanted. We figured let's check out this one. Go see Rick at Vernon Hills. You will not be disappointed!
Rick was incredibly helpful and personable. He listened to our sleep concerns/needs and based his recommendations off of that. He gave us his full attention and time, and we felt like we were getting the best product for our needs. He walked us through financing options and advised us of a discount we could receive because I am a healthcare worker. He gave us a great balance between being available to answer any questions, while giving us space while we made our decision. We are so happy we chose Mattress Firm and got to work with Rick. Anyone who works with him will receive amazing service.
Understood what I was looking for and did not try to up-sell me on higher end mattresses and only showed me what was in my budget. They made the process efficient and seamless.
