Best customer service for some furniture we purchased here at O'Reilly's. Mike, the owner and his delivery team took wonderful care of us and gave us fantastic pricing. Hands down my favorite furniture store!!! I ordered a custom Amish dinning room table and chairs and they turned out beautiful. Mike was very helpful and patient as I took a few months to figure out the exact look I wanted. They can order pretty much any look you want and do a great job finding the best price with the many vendors they work with.

Only five star review I’ve ever written where I didn’t do business with the vendor. Wanted to get a Barcalounger leather recliner, as I’ve owned and loved two prior generations. Unfortunately, they’re very hard to find, but since O’Reilly’s is an authorized dealer, I custom ordered a recliner from Mike, the owner. Later, I realized the recliner was too tall, as my old one rests under an island. I called up Mike at the end of his day, and he immediately contacted the manufacturer to cancel my order and promptly refunded me. Mike was an absolute gentlemen to work with, and I cannot say enough of his excellent customer service. We did not do business this time, but I will no doubt be a future customer.
