While traveling, my iphone froze. Even after many attempts to hard re-set, no luck. My husband and I, senior citizens and obviously from out of state, walked into this store for help. Lyman immediately greeted us and assured he would be right with us as he was finishing up with a customer. We only waited for a few minutes and Lyman walked over to help. He instantly diagnosed the issue and corrected it, no charge. He was helpful and friendly and very thoughtful. I highly recommend Lyman and this AT$T store.

Lyman and Zayd were absolutely amazing. I was having a nightmare of a day, and on top of it my phone decided to break. These two AT&T representatives made the process as painless as possible, answered all my questions, and gave me reassurance in being taken off my family plan and starting my own phone contract. I wish there were more customer service representatives like them, they went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at this store. My apologies if I spell the rep’s name wrong...Lymas was the best! He talked me through the process and was really patient. He helped me with all the deals! I will definitely go back to this store!

Right at the minute I walked in I could sense the hostility of the clerk. Worst customer service. Refused honoring what AT&T customer service had promised in and he could see in notes. Plainly said he does not care about what customer service says. He then tried to lie that he and I had spoken earlier and that I had agreed to the price, which was a FAT lie as I never spoke with him before. A few years back I bought 3 new iphones, 2 ipads and 3 screen savers from the nicest clerk in the store. After I had paid they found out they only had 2 in stock. They told me I could return later and get the third screen saver. They never had it in stock when I was there, and the clerk I had it bought it from wasn't there again on the times I got there. I told the clerk that this is second time they run me over and he told me that that incidence could never have happened basically claiming I lied. The rudeness and hostility is unacceptable and does not represent normal AT&T customer service

These guys get it right in this store. They don’t try to sell you what you don’t need, they solve problems, and they make you smarter in the process. Store Manager Lyman provided exactly the kind of assistance you hope to find in an ATT store. Call me old school, but I’d prefer to deal face to face (masked, distanced) with a smart, helpful, understanding and resourceful human being than call the ATT help line, be put on hold for an hour before being connected to a scratchy voice in a faraway land.
