Store just re opened recently due to COVID. Found out it’s a corporate store so that’s awesome! Had a great experience at this store, and everyone was knowledgeable. Thank you all for the help. I came here after there was a 2 hour wait at the store down the street.

The guys in the Vernon Hills store were great help. These group of people are the best group you have ever had in that paticular store very helpful.
I went into the sprint store in Vernon Hills to switch one of my phones. The moment i walked in the door i was immediately greeted and offered assistance by 2 young ladies named Dee and Fsizza. Out of all the representatives i have ever talked with, They were by far the most knowledgeable, efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. The speed and competency in which they assisted me just blew me away! they quickly and easily assisted me. Sprint representatives need to learn from this 2 young ladies, because in a world, they are awesome.
