I had my daughter's hp 360 laptop repaired at their shop due to an accidental drop that damaged the touch screen. They had to replace the screen to fix it. They explained to me the cost of the repair (part + labor) before proceeding. The part was a little bit expensive but the labor was very reasonable. Overall I was very happy with the experience and their professionalism.
I brought my gaming PC to these guys for a blue screen issue, and they got me all straightened out. I took it to 3 other people before them, only to spend 600 bucks on parts and labor that didn't fix it. I highly recommend these guys.
We have taken things there for years, from PC's to tablets, phones, etc . . . I always feel that I'm getting an honest appraisal of the situation. You don't want to drop off your electronics and feel as if you're being taken advantage of. Screen repairs done quickly too. (sadly i know this 3 times over!!)
