The employees smile and greet you well. However, I am not sure if they are well trained or knowledgeable. A good customer service team member has problem solving attitude and not kicking the can down the road for some else to address. Answer to all of the questions by the team member was to call the customer service number. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't be present in the store ..and that too after making an appointment to make sure my request can be addressed [change my phone line to a new phone].
Try and go to another T-Mobile store. Manager doesn’t keep his promise. I was considering signing up for new service with T-Mobile so I went in to see what deals they were offering. I still had two months left on my current plan. To sign me up the manager Chris said he would be happy to credit my account for me to sign up including taxes. To assure me he gave me his number. After the time he told me to wait to check on the credit, I called and texted multiple times and he never answered or responded. I went back to the store and he again assured me he would take care of it. He then said he would make sure to call me. I confirmed I had his right number which I did. No call back and no answer to my calls or texts and still no full credit to what he promised. It’s a real shame, since the rep who was helping me was informative, helpful and friendly. The manager ruined the experience, wasted my time and wasted my money. Don’t let that happen to you.

Very friendly customer service! I went in to get a new phone and was guided every step of the way from picking out my phone to having them put on the screen protector for me. Very helpful!
