Rafa did a great job installing my subwoofer. However, later I noticed some nicks in the plastic below my stereo. I have a 2016 Subaru WRX, so for Rafa to not mention anything to me post-installation about the (quite obvious) damage done to the trim is fairly insulting to my stellar care given to my vehicles. Also, be prepared to make a trip, if you haven’t already, to the local bank because this business is cash only. Overall good experience, but I won’t be back to save my WRX from sustaining any further damage.
