Added layers to a shared condo wall. While his crew was here they told me - we didn’t need to use much insulation since you already had “some” in there. The sound through the new wall now still persists. Did I get a lower price since apparently they skimped on insulation? Of course not.nnI also followed up a few weeks later to ask about a gap with their new layer of drywall and our connecting exterior wall and never heard back.

Very disappointed in this experience. We worked with Accurate Acoustics 'Accurate Construction' in the past and had no issues with the conference room project we had completed several years back (I was not involved in that one, but it's actually on their website).nnJeremy was so quick to get back to our initial inquiry and coming out as soon as he could, very positive and responsive to our need. Then, we never heard from him again. We were ghosted. I'm so surprised that this came from the President of a company, and business owner.nnIf you couldn't help us, were too busy or our project wasn't good enough for you (interesting as you have a slogan somewhere saying no job is too small) I would felt a little more respected had you let us know and we would not have wasted time waiting for a response.
