Dr Shapiro is a Rock Star!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and to me most importantly great bedside manner!!! I was given my options, was not told to make a decision right away, even was encouraged to get a second opinion, but went with the best... Dr Shapiro!!!

Best experience and staff in my 42 years of customer service. Each of them made me feel relaxed, they were funny, very professional, easy to ask embarrassing questions too and made me feel at home throughout the entire process.nnIt was clear that this place was not about the money but focused on the patience comfort level and overall experience. Great staff! Doctor was very thorough and his nurse is AMAZING along with the receptionist. They take the time to explaine and ease your concerns. Highly recommend them!

Everyone in the office is warm, welcoming, responsive, and completely supportive. I felt like I was among family -- safe and well taken care of every step of the way. I cannot say enough about my positive experience and most importantly, my incredible results! I saw Lili by the Spa area. Highly experienced and one of the sweetest and kind souls you will meet. I highly recommend Lili and this state of the art center. You will be in excellent hands and you will love how you look!

Kudos to Dr. Shapiro and his excellent Team( Han, Kasia, Carry)! Their expertise and level of care is above and beyond…nGoal: fixing Severely Deviated Septumn1st: They precisely diagnosticated what was needed to be done in order for me to fully breathe again.n2nd: Day of surgery was smooth sailing, even If i never went under anesthesia before, Mark, the anesthesiologist was outstanding, and all the process went seamless. HONESTLY, no need to worry about the surgery day whatsoever. Once the anesthesia kicked in, Dr. Shapiro and his Team applied the magic.n3rd: After surgery, recovery period was fast and innocent due to Dr. Shapiro and all his Team, which coordinated with me throughout all 2 weeks. Every inch of the way they will be out there for you.nDoing that was a life changer for me, I’m able now to fully breath easily through “both” nasal passages, quality of life improved big time, all around (sleep, exercising, concentration etc. etc.)nDr. Shapiro and his Team are real angles which came down on Earth to improve people’s life, and believe me , taking deep breath through the nose will improve your life and it was actually easy, one phone call away… Hopefully my review will get you into the action, not worth breathing through mouth for a second again.
