By far the very best doctor appointment I have ever been too. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, professional and they even greeted me with a welcome to our office and a smile on their faces. Dr. Bansal took her time with me and made me feel really comfortable. After being bounced back and fourth from doctor to doctor, it was really refreshing to leave a doctors office with a ray of hope. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great neurologist.

Dr. Bansal has an amazing bed side manner and always takes her time with you. You never feel rushed and she listens and truly cares for her patients. I'm glad my other doctor retired because I was blessed to find her as a new doctor. The staff is also amazing!!!

The office was not only friendly but clean very accommodating and very nice people. Dr Bansal I thought was wonderful very caring asked me pertinent questions and I'm excited about starting therapy there.

I would not recommend Dr. Bansal's office to anyone. I have been going there since 2017. Only met with the actual Doctor twice. Every other visit, I was seen by the PA, which changed frequently. My medications were changed and adjusted many times, with no real relief. The last PA I saw suggested I try their TMS treatments. It was approved by my insurance, and I was told by the staff that I would only owe a $50 copay once per week. I even have a signed form that states $50 copay. Well, here we are four weeks later, and I get a bill for $1800. I was told that is all my deductible, and I will need to pay this. I was lied to, and am now expected to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a treatment that I cannot even finish. I am absolutely horrified at the way I've been treated.

OMG!!! Yesterday I had the most uplifting and eye-opening therapy experience of my life. I wasn't sure going into it however when my appointment was over I was so absolutely and happily amazed that for one hour I was able to completely let go of all the bad experiences of my past that I have never been able to rid myself of. This therapy is called Dance Therapy and the therapists name is Cinnamon and he's as sweet, kind, and pleasing a person as his name would lead you to believe. I was so exstatically happy and emotionally relieved at the end of our session I booked myself out for the next five weeks worth of appointments. I never thought I would say this after years and years of therapy but this therapy is FUN...I would suggest anyone and everyone to try it, you'll enjoy!!!ud83dude01
