Graham’s Marketplace - North Chicago

We stop at this place frequently, since our company is located nearby, we always get a great customer service, but, yesterday something happened that I feel need to be share. My boss and I stopped there to buy some things, when my boss pulled out his wallet, he dropped about $350.00 dollars without realizing, after few hours when it was time to go to the bank he could not find this money, after thinking on where he could dropped it, we search for the phone number online and we got the Dunkin' Donuts number, the lady working there went to the store and asked if the money was found, they did and return it to my boss, we do not know the names of the employees working there on 10/13/2020, but, their honesty, great service and tough-fulness need to be recognized and rewarded. Thank you guys.

I didnt feel safe in this gas station due to the cashier isn't wearing a mask. She isn't just an old, toothless, scary looking witch, but she is also a total Karen... wouldn't want to sell a lighter to a 25 year old...

Put gas there yesterday and my car started jerking right after on 1 and 2 gear, and engine light went on. Don’t put gas there. The lady working there was very polite, but that will not make me use that gas station again.

Long story short, as I'm pumping gas at this gas station station, the pumps are turned off midpump, then the attendant ignores me so I get ready to leave right as the the attendant yells belligerently at me.nnAll the lights are on, the signs are on, I pull in and start pumping gas. ALL THE LIGHTS AND PUMPS TURN OFF MIDPUMP. I've got the money charged to my card to prove it. So I go up to the store and the woman at the register sees me and hears my knocking on the door. I'm not yelling, I'm not banging on the door, but she refuses to acknowledge it existence. I give up maybe a minute in after she just walks past me to the other side of store and I go to unhook the pump from my car and leave. The attendant emerges from the store yelling that I'm never going to get gas to come out of the pump, she already shut them off, they're closed! Mind you, she is also slurring her words and wobbly, take that how you will. So I say back that the pumps were pumping gas to my car before you shut everything off, you can see on the pump. She continues yelling, never apologizes, and I know nothing good is coming from this interaction and I get into my car and leave. The thing that gets me the most is not getting an apology. I understand if you're closed and that's why the pumps were turned off, but if I could pump gas and was pumping gas, that's a completely rude, disrespectful way to go about letting your patron know that you were closed.

Absolutely rude and disgusting workers!!! So happy i came on vacation because i would never want to visit this store again!! Do not go here
