My husband and I started attending this church in the middle of COVID which meant most of our experience was virtual with minimal interaction. They take every COVID precaution seriously. We are a mixed race/culture younger couple in our 20’s so we were looking for a church we would feel accepted and welcomed in that also welcomed people of all backgrounds, we definitely felt that way from the moment we walked in. It’s nice to be connected to such a friendly community while growing our spiritual/faith journey. The pastors are very down to earth and friendly, not like many pastors we know.nnWe love that they put this on their website and mention it in every service so that no feels left out:nn“NOBODY SITS ALONE. Joy! intentionally welcomes and includes all people fully into the faith community, regardless of lifestyle, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, race, ethnicity, religious background/journey, physical or mental ability, education, socioeconomic or marital status, age, and political affiliation.”nnWe feel safe + welcomed every time that is said ud83dude4fud83cudffd Thankful to have found this community of believers who truly show Gods love. Right now we are finishing a Bible group study on “Dialogues on Race”. We look forward to getting more connected.

Coming to this church was one of the best decisions. I didn't grow up in an environment that taught religion so it is very fresh for my family and me. Joy! Is a very welcoming place and the people are inviting and not overbearing. I am glad I chose Joy! To guide me through my new journey. The sermons are very relatable to every day life. Joy! Church is so supportive, even in my husband who is skeptical about church. My children (4) (2 1/2) and (9months) enjoy it and it is very child friendly. Can't wait to continue our journey!

You will not find a more friendly church and a Paster that ALWAYS gives a great message.nVery informal and a great band and EVERYONE is welcome.
