The guys at Premium were hands down the absolute most patient with me. This was a gigantic purchase for me and they were very knowledgeable about all of the different brands of cars. Just got mine Lexus RX here a couple of days ago and love it a lot! The car was as described and in like new condition. Extra clean and with no surprises whatsoever. The guys were really professional and not pushy at all. Was able to get car financed directly through them, right at the dealership within 30 minutes. I had researched the kind of used vehicle I desired with the level of mileage I wanted and found it here. I live 4 hrs away so my daughter was able to pick up the vehicle for me. The salesperson told her and her husband to test drive it and during their drive they facetimed me while going over everything. All in all, they were extremely impressed with the vehicle and said I will love it. It will be about 10 more days before I can pick it up, but it is safe at their home.
