Great experience with the entire team. Sam was fantastic, and we felt comfortable the moment we walked through the door. I had specific details of what I wanted, and there was no hesitation or question in finding me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Wonderful experience with Cass in finance as well. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family looking for vehicles in the future. Thank you!

Had an oil change today. I pulled into the service bay and the two service men I encountered were polite and helpful. The service advisors, Dan H and Dan G, were both informative and friendly. I found the waiting room comfortable and enjoyed a cup of Starbucks coffee. Both Dans stopped in while I was waiting with updates. Bonus, something that I didn’t even mention needed attention was taken care of for me complimentary. Great team and that’s why my family has been using Chevy Exchange and will continue to. Thanks!!

Excellent service from start to finish! Every single person I worked with was very helpful and no pressure. Daniel was an excellent salesman-he was very accommodating, and worked with me according to what I wanted. From Finance (Baha), Lance, and Service (Rick)-all outstanding. Definitely worth the hour drive from Chicago. Thank you!

Car shopping is never fun, but Danny was patient and made the process less painful! My favorite thing about Danny, in particular, was that he wasn't overly pushy and instead listened to what I liked and didn't like and asked what I was or wasn't willing to compromise on. He was also open to showing me different models and didn't rush me even though we were the last customers to walk in on a Saturday night. The GM was relatively willing to negotiate the price and the finance guy was quick, accurate, and answered all my questions as I reviewed the contract. Overall, it was one of the best dealerships I've been to. Thanks for my sick new Blazer, Chevy Exchange!!

This was our 2nd buying experience at The Chevy Exchange. It was just as easy as our previous visit. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, & honest. I don’t say many car dealerships are honest!! We have always had a great experience here. Service is just as wonderful as the sales team. We have never had a whole company have such wonderful people working for them. There’s usually someone you try to avoid but not here! Thanks again for another wonderful experience buying a car!! Oh and we literally go out of our way to go to The Chevy Exchange. Lake Bluff is no where near where we live! That’s how great they all are!!
