i’m so disappointed by poor costumer service,,,i setup appointment for oil change by phone on saturday,, and i drive 45 minutes to go to the dealership, when i arrived they told me i’m not on the list ,, i wast 3 hours for nothing,,, then they told me they will call me back BUT no one call ,,, and they didn’t car about me or about my landrover LR4 ,, i expected way much more from them,, i will go to another landrover dealership...
