Really nice dealership. The salesman and finance manager were willing to negotiate so that we could get the best deal possible. They answered all our questions and were friendly and helpful. The service manager was also really nice and made sure that the car was ready for us in a timely fashion. Made the long trip worth it!

My experience at this dealer was very very bad. The sales manager Matt lies and tries to pressure you, the car buying experience should be exciting not disappointing. Everyone moves at their own pace, I did not find it professional at all on the lack of understanding this. You would think they understand how to do business at a professional level, especially since they have a good google review! Do not buy from this dealer they will lie about everything and anything. The google review is deceiving and does not accurately represent what this dealership experience is like. I will be telling all of my family and friends to go elsewhere for Mazda, there are over 11 in the Chicago area.

I live in Mississippi, so I typically buy my cars out of state. I found a 2017 Mazda 6 with extremely low miles. The car buying experience was good. But the Finance manager Luke went far beyond to make the deal right. I had to say yes and bought from Napleton Mazda even though I was originally going with another dealership. Beautiful car. Beautiful Dealership. Any misunderstanding we had, they made it right. Thats all I can ask for. Thank you Marty, my salesman also for his hard work.

Literally harass you with texts and calls. If I'm not answering.. stop calling. Have you no shame? Seriously? Desperate. Do not want your freakin Mazda!

We just wanted to express our appreciation for Napleton Mazda of Libertyville, especially to Danny Savage, our salesman. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. From the moment we came in looking for our CX-5 to even now, after we have our car, it has been a pleasure working with Danny. This was our second vehicle we have purchased or leased from Napleton Mazda Libertyville and we will continue to buy our cars there. We came in knowing what we wanted and Danny made it happen, efficiently and quickly. It wasn't easy because the vehicle we were looking for is not easy to find. Danny is exactly what a salesman should be - knowledgeable, personable, efficient, helpful and proactive with all decisions to be made with the vehicle, but we never felt the pressure we sometimes feel at other dealerships. He has taken the time to keep us posted as we were waiting for our vehicle and to check back with us after we had taken possession. He so impressed us that I have recommended him to others and my cousin just bought a vehicle from him this week. She couldn't be happier. She had the same experience as we did. Thanks Danny, thanks Kelly in Finance, who is awesome, and always thanks to Jeff in Service, who is knowledgeable, we trust him completely and we would always bring our car for service here ...thanks Napleton!
