The best car buying experience ever! Very accommodating and awesome to deal with! We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle! Shane, Michelle and Jacob were all extremely helpful! Don’t bother shopping anywhere else, this is the place you want to go for your new or used car!

My experience is typically always great! Everyone is kind and helpful, especially Jamie! I walked in this last service, no appointment and he was still able/ kind enough to accept my cat to work on, on top of already have a ton of work to do.nnMy only complaint for my recent visit or more so request would be that the guys that go in and out of the cars when working on them, be a little more careful. I got my car back with the inside roof dirty (beige colored) and it's very visible.

Nobody likes the car buying process. With that said this was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I emailed them on a late Saturday afternoon about a vehicle I was interested in, Jacob quickly responded and told me they had one in stock and set it aside for my pending my arrival for an appointment. I made an appointment for Monday afternoon and when I arrived the suv was ready at the front for a test drive. When I walked in he directed me to James as my salesman who was very courteous, knowledgeable and very quick with helping me with the process. When it came down to the end of the process, Michelle was able to quickly and efficiently get all the paperwork in order and neatly ready for my approval. I was out of there with my new car in 2 hours.... I literally brought my own big water bottle thinking it was going to be a whole afternoon event and left there barely making a dent in it.... I am extremely happy with both my decision on the vehicle and the decision to take my business there.

Everyone at Libertyville Lincoln was very helpful and friendly.we had two other appointments to see car's, but the deal we got at Libertyville Lincoln was so good we canceled the other appointments and bought our car there. James and Shelley were great. We're very happy.

I received a recall notice on my 2020 Nautilus regarding a possible problem with the backup cameras. I called and set up an appointment for the car to be picked up, a loaner dropped off, and then the car brought back. Everything went seamlessly and in the timeframe given. Great experience.
