So back in January my mom and sister bought 2 Jeeps from another dealer, our salesman was Angel and I was so satisfied with the service we got that I had to get one with him. He moved to this dealer in Libertyville and I followed. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee with Angel at Liberty Auto city. Angel is so nice and very helpful, I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. All the staff were so kind, from Mario, the sales manager to the financing lady. The location is also very clean and organized. They all made the process a breeze! I definitely recommend this dealer!

We were the last appointment in the day because we were coming from an hour or so away. We were met with smiles from the moment we walked in. Our salesman Paul took excellent care of us even while juggling multiple deals. Everyone stayed late to get the deal done, and financing was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle, they will take care of you. Dealership is spotless, and there is plenty of space to keep your distance while waiting. Overall 5 star experience for sure!!!

I worked with Tyler at Liberty who was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered a lot of my questions prior to making the trip up to the dealership. He then took the time to walk me through the car technology and thoroughly explained the paperwork. I recommend working with him and Mario (supervisor) at Liberty over ANY of the other Chrysler dealerships who wasted my time with false pricing and cliche sales tactics. I appreciated their honesty and would make the 1.5 hour drive again to have an honest car buying experience.
