It really is the best Panera I've ever been to. Prompt, accurate, and friendly !
Every time I place an online order they forget something. It’s very disappointing when you pay for items/services and they aren’t being met. They always forget to add dressing whenever a salad is ordered. I have the app and therefore sometimes order lunch for co-workers and sure enough the dressing is always missing. I placed an order yesterday and sure enough dressing missing. I ended up tossing my salad because it turned soggy (apple figi salad). I called the manager and nothing was done, not even an apology or a credit of any sort he sounded a little delayed. I will take my business to the Mundelein Panera instead, they never forget my items.
I have a monthly coffee subscription and have noticed their hot coffee cups are filled too high and leak. Coffee dripping all over my hands and car has become frustrating.
The place needs some care. None of the booths had their seats connected properly. The cashier needed some more training, and there was a slight mistake on my order. The food was good, but a little TLC will go along way.
The rudest staff I have ever experienced! The young adult man at check out is rude disrespectful and acts like he’s doing some huge favor on you by accepting your money! Wow! Have told the manager - clearly they don’t care. Well goodbye Panera bread, hope you shut down soon with this kind of customer service!
