Terrible service and was so slow. Never again
Good ice cream and friendly staff
Came here because I was craving a chocolate peanut butter sundae (with peanut butter sauce) Baskin Robbins is one of the few places that still carry it as a topping. It was super awkward ordering as the lady behind the counter seemed afraid or angry and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there ready to order. When I ordered anyway and requested the topping, she said they didn’t sell that. When I pointed out that the large menu above her head said “toppings :peanut butter sauce, etc.” she looked at me like I had 3 heads.
Do not bother. They are always out of a popular flavor, bananas, etc. and substitute their hot fudge with Hershey's syrup. We have given this location so many chances and they always fall short... and don't seem to care.
We went here just today. The sign said it closes at 11 PM. we paid for our ice cream and left but we forgot one of ours on the counter. So we barely got 1/4 mile down the road when we turned around to get it. By the time we got there it was closed. That store shouldn't have closed and hour and 15 minutes early. I'm disappointed and hope that the workers that served us either learn a lesson or get wrote up.
