Amazing cakes, so happy we found these. Great for birthdays, can even get small individual cakes which are great for parties
During these times, I understand that we are all under stress. I called to ask a question about my order (was hoping to switch from delivery to pick up) as I ordered from the wrong store and wasn't sure they'd deliver to my mother's house. The person took my name, number, and order number. I was rushed off the phone and told someone would have to call back. I get a call back and they leave a message cancelling my order. I was pretty upset as it was a Mother's day gift. I was unimpressed with Mary's attempt to figure out what happened and taking no real ownership of the fact that her staff didn't give me the time of day to actually explain what I was asking for. I chose to not give them my business and went to Gurnee. They were so kind and understanding. Took my order right away and had it ready the same day.
The best cake Ive had bar none!
