I have never lived here so I cannot give a completely accurate review, but my fiance and I called because we heard they did rent based on income.The person we heard from said that was wrong and rent was 700$. So if your looking for a place based on income issues I would pick somewhere else.
They refuse to clear driveways and sidewalks when it snow or has ice. My husband fell and got hurt. Wonder if they would like to be sued for injuries. We deliver newspapers here and they need to get working and clear the snow and lay salt. Come on there's quite a few elderly people who live at this place too.
Absolutely LOVE living here! It's like a small community where the neighbors and staff are very friendly and helpful! The location Is perfect, the amenities are great and the apartments are very nice! If you have a question or need something done, management gets back to you quickly and has any task done that day or the next day at the latest. I will always recommend these apartments!
Great place all around!! Been here 1 1/2 years now any it’s been great. Highly recommend!
We visited and liked the apartment very much. We turned in an application the next morning, never got a call back.. it's been a month! Bad business. How sad. But hey we found something way better.
