I went in the other day to look for a wedding band and to get an old ring resized. I thought the prices were reasonable, but I thought the staff wasn't very welcoming (And I should know, because I had been to 6+ jewelry stores shopping for an engagement ring). They were very apathetic and it gave me the feeling like I was just bothering them and getting in their way. It was really disappointing, because I heard so many good things from friends and coworkers. I was very excited to go there... I really hope it was just a fluke or them just having a bad day, but I am not going to spend my money at a place that can't even make me feel welcome in their store.

Great selection. Great prices. Stop in and see the owners photography if you're in the area. Helpful employees. And free gift wrapping. Can't beat that.

I couldn't be happier with the services they provided! Receptionist is very knowledgeable and passionate about your jewelry and although they advised me it may be a couple of weeks before my sizing was complete, they actually called me three days later to inform me it was complete. Very impressive work and great customer service! Would rate 10 stars if I could!!
