This is not our first time having Shawn as our agent. There is a reason we continue having him represent us in buying and selling. He is VERY DEDICATED to making your experience of buying / selling a very good and positive experience! With Shawns expertise in real estate, we were able to sell our first home above what we were expecting to get! We also bought our second home with him guiding and helping us to get the best for our money! Currently he helped us purchase a small acre of land which we truly would've fumbled at, had it not been for him having our best interests in the fore front!! We are truly thankful and very satisfied with him as our agent. Soon, he will be helping us sell our current home for the best price and quickest as possible. Shawn was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was always available to answer our many questions or to find the answer if needed. His knowledge of labor and construction was key in making sure the home we bought would be able to fit our needs now & in the future.
