Phil was one of the most helpful and considerate realtors I have ever worked with. Moving across the country with little more than 30 days notice he was patient, responsive and very proactive. I feel he went above and beyond doing multiple virtual walk throughs and even steered us away from homes that would require upgrades beyond what we are willing to undertake.nHe is funny, helpful and was even willing to connect us to various tradesmen to help where needed.nnI would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Phil sold us our first home 3 years ago. We were in a time crunch with a tight budget and he found us a home quickly in our price range, making sure that there were no problems and everything was done correctly.nnSince he was so amazing we had him sell our current home. He helped us get everything done so it would sell with no problems, and we would get what we were hoping, and again he succeeded. Sold our home in one month for asking price.nnHe has also helped us find a home we are currently in the process of buying. He traveled everywhere to show us houses we wanted to see, and at random times. He has answered late night phone calls and texts, and all of our random questions. He has worked with lenders, lawyers, and us to make sure everything has been done correctly, and easily. Phil has made our home buying and selling process amazing. I would reccommend Phil to to everyone around! He has treated us like family, and I am glad he is our realtor!
