If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a U-Haul online. Went to pick up. Did online check-in. There was no key in the lockbox. There was no one there during the hours posted on the door. No one answered the phone. I waited for 30 minutes before leaving. Waste of time on a cold icy day. Don’t offer online checkin if there isn’t going to be a key in the box.

Had a reservation for a uhaul pick up could never reach anyone on the phone so canceled my reservation and went with another company in the area. I was not willing to chance someone not being there when we were scheduled for pick up.

Good space ,but the lights are never on at night to keep theives away

We have been using this place since July 2015 and I have to say they have the cheapest outdoor boat storage anywhere!!! You can't beat 30$ a month to store a boat and it's super close to the river. Can't get any better than that. They are helpful and their lot is large enough to be able to maneuver easily. I will go nowhere else for my storage needs. Thanks Route 6 Storage.

Great people to deal with! Stored a vehicle for the winter and had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend them for any storage needs!
