First time coming here. My haircut was done by Courtney Jones. All I have to say is how pleasantly surprised I was by this experience. Courtney did a superb job on my hair. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Courtney.

I give this 3 stars because the price and quality I have experienced are absolutely fabulous. When I do get the chance to go to Taylor Andrews, it’s a positive experience. It’s getting myself there that’s the problem. I have been to Taylor Andrews once before, I scheduled the app through the girl not the agency (nevertheless she represents you guys) and she cancelled on me twice. Once being an hour before (after I got the confirmation text) with the excuse of “sorry I didn’t realize I scheduled you the day of my graduation” how do you not realize that? And after cancelling once already. So after that I decided to book directly through the school and not through The technician. Less than an hour before the appointment, you (front desk) call to cancel it. I wondered why the first girl could be so unprofessional with me in cancelling twice. Then I realized it’s the school that is setting the bad example to the students of cancelling last minute. I understand things come up, and you might need to cancel- but there should be better communication with students because it’s at your clients expense. *imagine setting an app to get your hair done and they cancel on you EVERY time you try, how many more times would you try again? Would you feel frustrated?*

Rylee Moreno is the best! She is so happy and kind and makes me feel so comfortable! Her quality of work it amazing as well and I would recommend her to anyone!! Seriously the best! 1000000/10

I went in with hair that goes past my ribs, And I asked the girl to cut 1inch.. and she ended up cutting it so blunt to make it all even, that it is now almost shorter than my shoulders. The girl was so nice but I would just make sure you really pay attention to what they’re doing on your hair.

Had an appointment for a cut and color today and had a terrible experience. Went in blonde, hoping to just come out blonder and fix some of my yellow tone. My hair is totally brown now with obvious lines of different shades. The girls doing my hair had to redo a section that didn't process enough and I could tell they were frustrated by the time consuming work. They kept complaining about not getting lunch with their friends because this was taking longer than they wanted. After drying my hair for the second time, we could all see that the color still wasn't right. I felt like my stylists rushed me out of there without a cut or style (even though I asked for the cut when I made the appointment) before their supervisor, who had left for a few minutes, could take a last look (or else I don't think the supervisor would have approved of letting me leave). I was too stunned, upset, and fed up with their laziness and bad attitudes to stay and fight for someone to fix my hair. The only good thing is I think the girls knew they screwed up and I was charged a lot less than I was expecting. I know they're students and I shouldn't expect perfect results, but I am upset that the girls found a window of time to usher me out quickly before their boss could see their mistakes. I don't remember the girls' names, but I hope my name and this date will be enough information for this to make it back to them.
